Accepted Projects

We are committed to serving businesses that align with our values and expertise. We accept projects that are business-focused, ethical, legally compliant, related to eCommerce, real estate, professional services, or socially responsible initiatives, and are clear in scope, objectives, and expectations.

Projects We Do Not Accept

We decline projects that involve nudity, adult content, gambling, promotion of immorality, politically or religiously biased messaging, pirated software, counterfeit product promotion, or any violation of intellectual property rights or ethical standards.

Project Onboarding & Workflow

1. Discovery Call & Needs Analysis
2. Proposal & Scope of Work Agreement
3. Initial Invoice (50% upfront payment)
4. Project Execution in Phases
5. Final Review & Adjustments
6. Delivery & Final Payment
7. Optional Maintenance or Marketing Support

Revisions & Cancelation Policy

• Each project includes revision rounds along the project process.
• Additional advanced revisions may be billed separately.
• Cancellation before project execution: 100% refund (15% fee).
• Cancellation after project execution begins: the initial payment (50%) is non-refundable.

Ownership & Deliverables

• Upon final payment, full ownership of final design files, websites, and campaign assets will be transferred to the client.
• FPIXELS retains the right to include your project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly declined by the client in writing.

• Basic contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number).
• Business-related details (e.g., branding, marketing preferences, website goals).
• Analytics from client campaigns or websites (when consented).
• Access to project files and content we create on your behalf.

How We Protect Your Data

• Strict internal access policies.
• No third-party data sharing or selling without your explicit consent.
• Upon request, we will deliver all your project-related data and remove it from our records.

Your Rights

• Request access to any data we hold about you.
• Ask for corrections or updates to your information.
• Request full deletion of your data from our systems.
• Withdraw consent to data usage at any time.
